This was my first visit here. They were polite and up-beat on the phone and in person. I had their concerns and options were explained to me. My car was serviced in an efficient manner. I will be back in a couple of months to have my car readied for a 4,000 mile drive. Thank you SSC.

I always feel comfortable taking my car here. They are calm and factual when going over the details of your required repairs, neither giving you hysteria or downplaying the severity of the issues with your car. They (Adam, the manager, most often) give you their assessment, and they will spend as much time with you as necessary to go over the estimate, the details of what needs repairing, and what will happen if you don't repair it, estimates on how long you have until the repairs you don't want to afford right now will become absolutely imperative, all without attempting to influence you one way or the other. He is never upset or impatient with (my) need for excessive explanation. And when I picked up my car last time, they had removed something from the estimate because it was double billing for labor. I feel they are honest, and my car runs beautifully well after I get it back from them.

My Mitsubishi failed emissions and SSC was very quick with an estimate and repair. They made sure that the vehicle would pass the test before releasing it. I was very happy with the repairs.

Adam was very quick to respond to my calls. The estimate of repairs was the exact price on the invoice. My truck was running again with 48 hours. The only gripe I have is there was grease on my floor mat but overall the experience was good.
