I took my car in for an oil change. It was my first time at SSC. I was very impressed with the professional, fast, friendly and HONEST service. They did not try to sell me unnecessary parts or service. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I was refered by a tire install shop, called them today and was seen today. injection cleaning, oil change, fuel filter and transmission flush/fluid change performed. All of the staff we not only extremely helpful, but honest. In today's world, a rarety. Thank you for not trying to oversell services and for keeping me down to earth - making sure only what was needed was performed.(I tend to do more than what is needed.) If you are tired of huge conglomerates with little concern for you or your vehicle - try SSC - they truly care about their customers, long term. SSC Auto has made a long term customer in myself. thoroghly satisfied.

My husband and I recently moved from CA to Gilbert and needed to get some simple tune ups on both of our cars. Our first priority was to get an oil change and to ensure that we pass our emissions tests to get our cars registered here. We were recommended SSC Auto Repair and we are so thankful for the recommendation! My husband's car was in and out in no time. My car needed a little more work than his so it stayed overnight. No problem, all the guys in the shop communicated with me constantly so I knew what to expect. The owner, George, is so friendly and welcoming ! Rudy, one of the technicians, kept me in the loop on the status of my car. When I picked up my car, I drove it right to the emissions testing facility and oddly enough, right when I arrived, a check engine light came on. Unfortunately, I didn't pass my emissions test. So I called SSC and they told me to bring my car back and they'll find out what's going on. Justin, the general manager of the Gilbert SSC location, took my car and ran the diagnostics himself. I was so impressed that this shop wanted to make sure my car was running well and that I pass my emissions test. They really wanted to make this right. And of course, made sure that I didn't pay a single dollar when I came back to have it checked. Justin double checked all the work, reset the check engine light, and took the car for a spin, and gave it a good bill of health! So, I took the car back and sure enough, passed my emissions test.All in all, I am more than pleased with the service my husband and I received from SSC Auto Repair. This is a auto shop that is totally run family style -- and they make you feel like family in the process. Not only do I trust their workmanship, and technicians, their prices are very affordable. I will definitely be taking our cars to SSC Auto Repair for any of our future car needs!

My AC went out on my old truck. I took it to another place and after they looked at it they said it was a bad compressor and quoted over 700 for the repair. I went to SSC and they found it was just a faulty connector. Saved me hundreds of dollars. They were a little busy but let me know that up front so I knew exactly what to expect. Easy to pay over the phone and pick up the vehicle after hours. Very convenient for me since I can't get there before 6PM most days.

SSC has always been upfront and honest about the repairs I need and what they recommed down the road. Now that my vehicle had cracked the 100,000 bearier I expected some work to be done other than routing maintenance. I was suprised when they reported that my vehicle was tip top shape other than needing the normal oil change. I attribute this to SSC's quality work in maintaining my vehicle with the needed inspections and repairs.

I had been informed by the dealership that the motor and transmission mounts were worn out and separating, as well as the lower control arm bushings. I turned to garagefly.com to get some other quotes and found SSC. The dealership quoted me a price nearly 500 more than SSC was able to do the work for. SSC used dealership parts and still beat their price. During the repairs they called to inform me that the washer reservoir also needed replaced and explained the risk in leaving it attached. I decided to leave it as there was low risk of damage to the vehicle. There was no pressure from SSC to replace it, they were very professional and the work they did is great. Another high mark for the staff at SCC is that these repairs were completed the same day I dropped the vehicle off! I was pleasantly surprised again at the end of the service when I received a reward card for future work with 5% of my current charges returned to me on the card. Thank you SSC.

have been having our oil changed and tires rotated for some time. always on time, Friendly, and reasonable. SSC does not come up with repairs that don't need to be done.
