I have been using SSC Auto Repair for regular scheduled service and oil changes on my car since it went out of warranty in 2010. The guys at this shop are very conscientious and thorough. Today I went in for an oil change and they discovered my battery was 8.7 volts under load, requiring a replacement. It turns out they replaced my batery two days short of two years ago, therfore it was still covered by a two year replacement warranty and they replaced it at no charge. I was thrilled. The customer service at this shop is OUTSTANDING!

SSC is by far the best shop I have ever done business with (as the owner of two high mileage 11 year old cars, I have had my share of repairs). First, they look for the most economical way to fix your problem. Then they explain the options to you and let you make an informed decision based on facts. No pressure. Just honest people who are great mechanics. There was no "up selling". They just fixed what needed to be fixed. My car's repairs were completed when they said it would be done. Repair was done correctly.
