Claen shop giving excellent, timely and courteous service. RAD - Sun Lakes

This shop was very good to me. They looked for the problem which was the airbag light kept coming on. They thought they fixed it,but it came back on. I had to take the car to a dealer and get it fixed. This shop refunded me the money I spent with them because they did not fix the problem. I will do business with this shop anytime because of the honesty,and committment to their customers. thank you.

These guys were excellent! I called them explained the problem and took the truck over too the shop. The Manager, Adam gave me an approxament cost and time for repair and then gave me a ride home as the repairs were complered. Upon competion of the work, the shop called me explained the reason why I was having the problems with the truck and repaired as per our conversation. Then one of the techs came by my home, picked me up and gave me a ride back to the shop. Great service and most importantly...the overall cost and especially the labor cost, was 45% LESS than what I had been paying at the dealership!! Great job guys and I will NOT hesitae in recommending your shop to anyone!!

Excellent service

I took my truck in for some electrical issues that I have been having for a long time. They tracked dow two bad grounds, and found out that my 6-month old battery had a short in it. The shop is clean and the mechanics relay confidence in their abilities. The owner, George, gave me a ride from the shop and picked me up when it was finished. I really appreciated that. I'll recommend this shop to my friends and neighbors.

Excellent customer service approach. They ..and this day..George spent considerable time with an elderly lady patiently explainingwhat needed to be done with her car. I trust their work implicitly.

The dealer’s assessment of repairs on my car was nothing but horrifying. They made it sound very urgent and necessary. Needless to say, the estimates were sky high! SSC not only assessed the damaged parts but also was very diligent in diagnosis and cost estimates. They even showed me the problem areas and dealer’s suggested parts. It turned out I didn’t need half the repairs I was originally quoted by the dealer. I would say if you need an honest shop look at these guys. A set of Struts (rear and front), front break, and clean up of rear breaks took less than one day and parts cost of less than $600.

Needed an oil change and had a coupon so I called for service. They got me right in. Waited in a very clean and nice waiting room and in no time they were done. Great service--nice people--great value! I will be back!!

This is the third time I have used this garage to service my vehicle. I had seen their advertisement in a copy of our local community magazine. The first time in, they checked over the vehicle and said there was no charge as there was no indicated problem. The second time in they serviced it at minimal cost, and again when I took it in the third time. As a senior citizen, I can honestly recommend this business to all seniors (and others) that are looking for a competent, honest garage to deal with.

I brought my truck in for a clutch repair. This problem was identified, quoted and fixed promptly for a reasonable price. An additional problem was also identified that would not stop my vehicle from running but would eventually, if left unrepaired, leave me stranded. The price that they quoted was much less than the price the Toyota dealership had quoted two years ago, so I decided to finally have this problem fixed. The truck is running better than it has in a long time.
