I took my wife's 2002 Ford explorer to SSC because the front passenger seat was stuck in the forward position. It cost me $65 for them to diagnose the problem. I was later informed that the seat needed another seat track assembly. Adam found a couple in different parts of the country, neither one was the right one. So they could not fix it. Adam was nice to work with and I was out just the $65. I went on next door and found a mechanic that works out of his home. He took the seat apart from the floor board and used a pair of vise grips to free up the section that was jammed. The seat went back and forth like it is suppose to. Cost $60 much better than the $700 plus that I was quoted. Thank you.
